WHAT IS MY PROPERTY WORTH?  I furnish you with a report of comparable sales to determine where your property fits in today's market. This way you can realistically set the price of your property. Pricing is key to potential buyers looking and ultimately purchasing your property.

STAGING YOUR HOME: I go through your home with you and discuss things that you may be able to do to make it more appealing to potential buyers.

SETTING UP VIEWINGS: I arrange all viewings with you for potential buyers.

NEGOTIATING CONTRACTS: I receive and deliver to you all offers. We then discuss the offer in terms of both pricing and conditions. I will answer any questions you may have. From there, the right action can be determined - accept the offers as is or counter the offer. If a counter offer is required, I will complete the form for you to sign and then submit it to the buyer's agent.

ESCROWHawai'i is an escrow state. That means that we utilize the services of a neutral third party to conduct the transaction, collect and disburse funds. The escrow company orders the title report to make certain the property has clear title to transfer to the buyer. I 'open escrow' and work closely with the escrow officer throughout the duration of the transaction.

ADVERTISING: A listing is completed for our multiple listing service (MLS). This is the service that collects all listings and submits them to major search engines like Zillow and realtor.com. This is also the service that other agents look at when searching for their clients. We write the ad content and work with professional photographers to make sure you have the best visual presentation.
